WASHINGTON, Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Concrete measures aimed at helping mayors on both sides of the Atlantic to tackle the issue of global warming will be launched today by Committee of the Regions (CoR) President Mercedes Bresso at the Plenary Session of the U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) in Washington, DC.
