CB Richard Ellis Memphis has taken over the marketing and leasing services for seven of Memphis' best-known office buildings. Renaissance Center and Forum buildings I, II and III in East Memphis, and Morgan Keegan Tower, Falls Building and Toyota Center in Downtown are owned and will continue to be managed by Parkway Properties, a real estate investment trust.
Corporate Group signs two tenants St. Charles-based Corporate Group has found tenants to lease space at two of the commercial real estate company's properties. Arrow Senior Living Management will lease Suite 24 at Corporate Group's 801 Woodlawn property in O'Fallon. The Patt Holt Singers will lease space at 2031 Campus Drive in St. Charles.

The revenue-squeezing recession and frozen credit markets are leading more companies to sell and lease back their buildings as an alternative way to raise needed capital, according to real estate developers in Westchester. The Lashins company recently completed its first leaseback transaction with the purchase of a 6,000-square-foot Calico Corners home furnishings and design store in Cherry Hill, N.J. The company, which recently launched its sale-leaseback program, is looking to acquire and lease back more commercial properties in Westchester and Fairfield County, Conn., from sellers who want to stay on as long-term tenants.
