Fourth Financial Corp. - Disaster Recovery Fourth Financial Corp, a bank holding company, created contingency plans for the disaster recovery of its electronic data processing functions to meet the requirements of federal banking regulations enumerated in Banking Circular 177. In 1988, the firm retained Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services to provide back-up hot-site facilities and to help in contingency planning. Major applications can be recovered at the back-up hot site within 12 to 14 hours of a disaster.
