A quick trip around the World Wide Web suggests that more than a few credit union Web sites are in need of a facelift. Jeffry Pilcher, president/CEO of ICONiQ and publisher of The Financial Brand, isn't alone in thinking some credit union Web sites leave a lot to be desired. Ron Shevlin, a senior analyst at Aite Group in Boston, for instance, thinks most credit union Web sites look amateurish and they don't project the kind of image he thinks most credit unions want to project in terms of their capabilities, quality and skills.
