GARBER, Iowa - A 35-year-old Garber man has been arrested on multiple felony charges after police said he had sex with a 14-year- old female. The Clayton County Sheriff's Department arrested Matthew C. Kramer at his residence Saturday. He is being charged with five counts of third-degree sexual abuse and four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

• Clayton Police Department Offers $50k Reward for Tip About Lawyer's Murder

The Clayton Police Department in St. Louis County has announced a $50,000 reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of attorney Ernest Brasier on Dec. 19, 2006. STRAWBERRY POINT, Iowa - Two teenagers were injured Saturday night in a crash after a police chase in rural Clayton County, according to the Strawberry Point Police Department. The driver, a 16-year-old male from Arlington, was charged with failing to maintain control and eluding after his pickup truck lost control on East Mission Road, rolled several times and came to rest in the ditch.
