GARBER, Iowa - A 35-year-old Garber man has been arrested on multiple felony charges after police said he had sex with a 14-year- old female.
The Clayton County Sheriff's Department arrested Matthew C. Kramer at his residence Saturday. He is being charged with five counts of third-degree sexual abuse and four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The Clayton Police Department in St. Louis County has announced a $50,000 reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of attorney Ernest Brasier on Dec. 19, 2006. Anonymous donors are offering a reward in hopes of finding a suspect.
The reward will remain in effect until there is a resolution of the case or Dec. 19, 2007.

STRAWBERRY POINT, Iowa - Two teenagers were injured Saturday night in a crash after a police chase in rural Clayton County, according to the Strawberry Point Police Department.
The driver, a 16-year-old male from Arlington, was charged with failing to maintain control and eluding after his pickup truck lost control on East Mission Road, rolled several times and came to rest in the ditch.
