WHITTIER - No one was injured in a fire Wednesday that consumed half of a 1,900-square-foot duplex in the Michigan Park area of the city. However, city officials "red-tagged" the property, 7930 Forest Ave., following the 11:16 a.m. fire, saying other issues than just the fire made it unsafe. The fire took Los Angeles County firefighters about 15 minutes to extinguish.

ADC Michigan has received a number of complaints from female members of Fitness USA's Dearborn location, regarding allegations of unprofessionalism, lack of adequate hygiene within the facility, and concerns regarding the treatment of individuals who appear to be of Arab descent.
