REDLANDS - More than 75 Eagles took flight from high school at Arrowhead Christian Academy's commencement Saturday night at the Redlands Bowl.
Physical education teacher Lori Breckley spoke to the class, most of which she had taught since sixth grade.

LISBON FALLS - Lisbon Falls Christian Academy held their awards program for the school year on June 4. Awards were presented to the students in the following classes:

ELKHART, Ind., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Sherwin Simon, Athletic Director at Elkhart Christian Academy, is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Ryan Culp as the new boys varsity basketball coach. Culp will replace Drew Ryall after three seasons at the helm for the Eagles. He comes to ECA after serving as head boys varsity coach at Concord High School between 1999-2008 amassing a record of 118-81. Culp was also a member of Concord's state runner- up team of 1991.
Culp's other accomplishments include two Elkhart sectional titles (2004 & 2005), a Concord record tying seven consecutive winning seasons, a 36-game home win streak, one Northern Lakes Conference Coach of the Year Award (2005), and two Elkhart Truth Coach of the Year Awards (2003 & 2005). PETERSBURG - Olivet Christian Academy, located on the campus of Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 800 Augusta Ave., will host its 2011 Summer Enrichment Program June 27 to Aug. 19. The program will be held on Mondays through Fridays from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The program will include meals, field trips, and different camp themes every two weeks. There will be a full-sized gymnasium available.
