CHICAGO, Oct. 25 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Fatherhood Educational Institute (FEI), a Chicago-based charity helping fathers in poor communities to stay involved in their children's lives, has received what they consider a strong endorsement from the Children's Rights Council (CRC).

Ukraine just completed its six month chairmanship at the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The objectives of the chairmanship included the protection of children's rights, human rights and the rule of law, as well as the development of local democracy.
