• Charlotte Keeps Augusta in Check ; Lynx Unable to Move Up in League Standings

For all the climbing and falling and climbing again that the Augusta Lynx have done in this second half of the season, they seem destined not to move at all. Having fully explored the cavern between fifth and seventh place in the South Division since mid-December, the Lynx looked poised to finally move up and out of sixth against the Charlotte Checkers, who entered Saturday just a point ahead of Augusta.
