Shortly before moving into Bloomington in July, we received our new voters registration cards from McLean County. We completed the change-of-address information on the back with our future address and promptly returned them.
Two months passed and we still had not received registration cards enabling us to vote in our new precinct. A call to the appropriate McLean County office confirmed that they had no record of having processed the change. We were assured that a faxed request to change our address of record would resolve our dilemma.
