NORTH HOLLYWOOD - An annual fitness challenge to raise money for cancer research and other causes drew only a few participants Saturday, but organizers say they'll return stronger next year. The challenge, sponsored for the first time by the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, had to be canceled last year when Mervyns, a big sponsor, closed its doors.
