Have you noticed the tents are up all over town for street vendors to peddle beautiful flowers and plants for our gardens and yards? It's also time for the annual Oklahoma City Home Show, which brings more than 200 local and national exhibitors to teach us about how to have beautiful gardens. The show will be in the Cox Pavilion and Centennial Building at State Fair Park, open from noon to 9 p.m. April 1, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. April 2 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 3. Admission is $8 per adult and free for children ages 12 or under.

The Freede Centennial Tower soars 100 feet above Oklahoma Christian University, drawing attention from afar to the sprawling 240-acre hilltop campus on Memorial Road at the north edge of Oklahoma City.
