Cellular telephone customers must arbitrate class claims alleging that their service provider charged them for services they never ordered, the 11th Circuit has ruled in affirming a dismissal. The plaintiffs were customers of Cingular Wireless who sued, alleging that the cell phone company violated Florida consumer protection law by charging them $2.99 per month for a roadside assistance program that they never ordered.
