The first major event following the Mother-Daughter Tea was a weekend retreat, held at the lovely home of Link Gail Jackson. During this event, the debs enjoyed a personal enhancement session offered by Paula Bond. Additionally, they participated in a "Women's Health" workshop conducted by physicians, Links Gail Jackson and Lisa Nicholas. They also learned salsa moves from dance duo Henry and Kae. Additionally, the retreat provided time for the debs to learn about proper skin care from dermatologist, Dr. Marcia Glenn. Of course, there was time for watching movies, playing games, engaging in "girl talk," enjoying pizza and having an all-around fun weekend.
