- $1.8m Settlement Reached for Courthouse Square in Salem
A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed against contractors for work done on the structurally-deficient Courthouse Square building in Salem. Marion County and Salem-Keizer Transit District, owners of the building, have reached a $1.8 million settlement with Arbuckle Costic Architects and Pence/Kelly Construction Inc. and five of its subcontractors, including Oregon Cascade Plumbing & Heating Inc., Schonert & Associates Inc., C&J Rebar Inc., Ceco Concrete Construction LLC, and F.D. Thomas Inc.
