In a letter obtained by the Sentinel, addressed to Sheldon Curry, City of Inglewood Director of Planning, the author indicates, "We feel that they (Watt Development) have maximized their profits by building more homes at the communities expense. We feel that the parking is not adequate for the number and type of homes in this community. In addition we feel that the actual number of parking spaces does not meet the city requirement or the plan requirement of 272. Since the City appears willing to allow the use of parking spaces adjacent to the mailboxes, they still need to allow some parking on the scenic Renaissance Way.
