Commercial real estate company CB Richard Ellis Oklahoma has scooped up the two-year old boutique firm Canopy Commercial Auction in a deal that will expand CB Richard Ellis' investment sales capabilities.
Canopy was founded in 2009 by Oklahoma City broker Jason Little, who was just 26 years old when he decided to start his own company after beginning his career with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Oklahoma.

CB Richard Ellis Group recently appointed Michael N. Wells as managing director and market leader for its business lines in Portland. Wells has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Wells was most recently a principal with CresaPartners in Portland. He also was a local founding partner for Panattoni Development Co. in both Portland and Seattle, and was a founding principal for Otis Wells Development. Before holding those positions, he spent nearly 15 years as an industrial broker for Cushman & Wakefield in Portland.
