  • Cattlemen's Steakhouse celebrated its grand opening today in Lindenhurst, the first of what its partners hope will be a chain of restaurants across Long Island. The Lindenhurst steakhouse has been in operation for two and a half months, said Ted Kontanis, whose partner in the business is Nick Ganaris. A second Cattlemen's is set to open in Port Jefferson in the next three weeks, Kontanis said.
