Castaneda, 28, of East Petersburg, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance Wednesday in the parking lot of the East Petersburg Elementary School. MOUNT JOY: Keith R. Chamberlain, 24, of Sunset Avenue, Mount Joy, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and terroristic threats Sunday after he struck someone in the head with a loaded shotgun, pointed the gun at him and injured his face and arm. He also threatened to pull the trigger on the shotgun.
