Representatives from the Jo-Carroll Energy staff and board of directors visited the Lindstrand Balloon USA facility in Galena Wednesday, May 25. During their tour of the balloon facility, they were able to see first hand the making of Touchstone Energy III, the third hot air balloon owned and operated by Cooperative Balloon Associates, LLC.
