Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Administrative Judge Nancy L. Davis-Loomis has been named administrative judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit, which includes the circuit courts of Anne Arundel, Carroll and Howard counties, effective Nov. 5. Judge Davis-Loomis served as a District Court judge from 1996 to 2000, when she was appointed as a Circuit Court judge. In July 2007, she was designated the administrative judge for Anne Arundel County.
