KILL DEVIL HILLS - , 91, died Jan. 9, 2009, in the Outer Banks Hospital, Nags Head. Mr. Peterson was born in Nags Head and built and owned the See Sea Motel in Kill Devil Hills and was a retired plumber. He was a member of the Colington United Methodist Church and a veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Peterson was the son of the late James Jordan "Jerd" and Alexania "Deanie" Perry Peterson.
Mr. Peterson is survived by his wife, Margarete Bertram Peterson of the residence and was predeceased by his wife, Alda Moore Peterson, the mother of his three daughters: Karen P.
