Carl "Randy" R. Elliott, Jr., 52, of Lancaster, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 29, 2010 at LGH. He was the husband of Loretta Frances (Felder) Elliott for 16 years. Carl had worked as the facilities manager for Gardner Russo and Gardner, Lancaster. Previously, he had worked several years for Armstrong World Industries. Carl was a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church, Marietta.

Carl Elliott scored 17 points to help George Washington to a 78- 69 victory Saturday over Rhode Island in the Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Tournament championship at Atlantic City. The victory gave the Colonials their third consecutive NCAA bid.
