Correction: On the list sent Nov. 5, Tiffany Lynn Brown, 27, of the 19700 block of White Fawn Drive, Petersburg, was incorrectly listed as being charged on Oct. 29 on a capias. The correct information should have been Tiffany Nicole Brown, 26, of Hamlin Drive, Chester.

PETERSBURG - The former operator of a cemetery monument business has been arrested and charged with 52 felony counts following customer complaints that the business failed to deliver promised products and services.
Ronald Dean Hess, former co-owner of Hess-Trigard Inc., was indicted earlier this month by a grand jury on 26 counts each of grand larceny and obtaining money by false pretenses. He was arrested April 21 on a capias warrant. A hearing Wednesday morning to determine whether counsel should be appointed for him was continued to May 13.
