Camden County's Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, developed by the Camden County Improvement Authority, forecasts future development in three key areas: * A 500-acre site in Lakeland for a mixed-used business park. * A 150-acre site in Lawnside, adjacent to the New Jersey Turnpike with access to the PATCO rail line, for e-commerce and telecommunications uses, as well as distribution. * A 40-acre site at the U.S. Military Reservation property (a former Nike Missile Base) for redevelopment as a business park.
