A state appeals court has ruled that the California Department of Pesticide Regulation failed to adequately protect farmworkers and the public from methyl bromide. The California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District upheld a Superior Court ruling that DPR didn't make use of health standards recommended by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment.
