Coalition will protest the California Department of Mental Health's so-called "Safety Summit," which is being held on the grounds of Napa State Hospital on Monday, March 28th. Starting at 11 a.m. on that day, protesters will gather at the front gates of Napa State Hospital to demand that DMH stop wasting time and money on meetings and immediately implement a list of basic safety measures to quell the violence against employees and patients there.
