Appellant failed to present evidence verifying his assertions that these amounts should reduce his income and his apparent household expenses exceeded his claimed taxable income. Judgment affirmed.

The Legislature faces a jam-packed race to the finish next week when it returns to the State House to tackle several major unresolved issues. Those issues include bills intended to kill a business tax, crack down on people who drive with expired licenses and set a time limit on efforts to overturn local land-use rules.
There's still quite a bit to do" when the legislative session reconvenes April 26, said Senate Minority Leader Paul Davis, R- Sangerville. More than 200 bills await final action, according to legislative staffers, although few of those are major.
