Upon review of the record, we find that Duvall’s report should not have been admitted under the business record exception to the hearsay rule and that Weichman did not have personal knowledge of the actual DNA tests performed. Accordingly, we sustain Crager’s second assignment of error and reverse the judgment of the trial court.

Trial court abused its discretion when it excluded evidence of Defendant’s record of child support payments, or non-payments, for lack of a foundation, when the record was admissible under the business records exception to the rule against hearsay, Evid.R. 803(6); therefore, the child support clerk could, as she did, testify from that record, and her testimony established a non-support of his dependant of which Defendant was convicted.
