  • The Kruse Way office market in Lake Oswego is hurting, and it's expected to get much worse, in tandem with most other metropolitan Portland real estate markets. Kruse Way, which attracts branch offices of large corporations and fetches lease rates that are usually as high as those in Portland's Central Business District, sets the standards for suburban office markets in the metropolitan area, Mark Fitkin of CB Richard Ellis said.
