Northvale and Harrington Park school districts will share a business administrator beginning in July, a move that could save taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars, the schools' superintendents have announced.
Vincent Occhino, who has been serving as Northvale's interim business administrator since September, will be doing the job for both for one year, Northvale Superintendent Bert Ammerman said. The beginning of the 2011-12 school year will serve as a pilot program to see if having one business administrator for two districts is effective.
