Seniors' Market Vouchers: Putnam County senior citizens farmers' market vouchers will be available at local senior citizen centers starting Monday, July 11. Vouchers will be distributed to senior citizens from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekdays until they are all gone. To be eligible, seniors must be at least 60 years of age, reside in Putnam County and fall under income guidelines set by the Department of Agriculture. There is a limit of one voucher book per household.
