The Development Services Building in Oregon City earned a Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design gold rating several years ago, but last week it got even greener. In addition to featuring extensive storm-water management and Forest Stewardship Council-certified wood, the facility now boasts a 65-kilowatt solar photovoltaic array on its rooftop.
