ONE WEEK after comparing himself to Jimmy Stewart's character George Bailey in "It's a Wonderful Life," Rex Gutierrez was arrested on suspicion of stealing public funds.
Oops! Having seen the movie plenty of times, I don't recall George Bailey being taken to the pokey by Officer Bert for stealing from the Bailey Building and Loan Association. Maybe it's a deleted scene.
