The Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors plans to take extra measures to ensure the accuracy of its closed sales numbers going forward, calling every broker to check on transactions that should have closed. Next month, on March 8, officials of the real estate brokers' trade group will call every broker who still has home sales pending after 60 days.
