Arbitration Third-Party DefendantsNon-Signors Consent Where in a multi-claim business suit, third-party defendants joined the plaintiff in a motion to compel arbitration of the claims against them, the trial court properly found that the arbitration clause applied to and bound only the signatories because to compel arbitration of non-signatory claims, even if closely intertwined with the claims being litigated, is inconsistent with the role of arbitration as requiring consent and as a matter of agreement between parties.Judgment is affirmed.
