DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God are the new "Breakfast Club" at WWPR-FM (105.1). The trio took over Power's 6 to 10 a.m. slot on Monday.
New officers, a dancing demonstration and plans for Breakfast Club's annual benefit for the Family Service Association Christmas Shop filled the first meeting of the club's new year. The meeting was at the Redlands Country Club.

Joyce Dean, a life member of the Redlands Horticultural and Improvement Society, presented a program on floral design at the March meeting of the Breakfast Club of Redlands. Dean is active in the Horticultural Society's Floral Design Group and the annual flower shows and garden tours.
On any given Wednesday morning during the school year - vacations and snow days excepted - anywhere from 200 to 300 students from Harrison High School troop up the hill behind their campus toward Aldersgate United Methodist Church. School buses even stop at the bottom of the hill to let them off.

Hats were the topic for the April 21 meeting of the Breakfast Club of Redlands - but not just any hats. Breakfast Club has a tradition in which those sponsoring new members create hats adorned with the inductees' talents and interests. The club welcomed four new members in April, although only three were on hand to receive their welcome in person.
