The state Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to review a Kanawha County Circuit Court ruling that allowed home-schooled students to participate on public school athletic teams.
The 3-2 decision reverses May 26 decisions in which the justices unanimously refused to consider appeals of Judge Duke Bloom's Sept. 23, 2003, ruling by the state Department of Education, Secondary School Activities Commission and Marion County Board of Education.
