Argentine writer and novelist Betina Gonzalez will give a lecture Tuesday at Carlow University in Oakland.
Gonzalez, the author of the novel, "Arte Menor," winner of the Clarin-Novela Annual Literary Prize for excellence in Latin America, currently is pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Pittsburgh.
