The average price for a gallon of regular, unleaded, self-serve gasoline in Western Pennsylvania remained at $4.023 a gallon, the same as last week, AAA East Central said Tuesday. The average price was $1.10 a gallon higher than the $2.92 a gallon price during the week of July 10, 2007.
