President Obama is once again trying to change the subject ("Feds open criminal probe of oil spill," Page 1, Wednesday). His attempt to make citizens look the other way and not notice his lack of any response or ideas on the oil-spill crisis is laughable. To vow justice if laws are broken is like consulting a lawyer after an automobile accident before going to the hospital and seeing a doctor.
My message to Mr. Obama: Start acting like a leader. Work on the issue at hand. Fix the leak and begin the cleanup. Then worry about legal issues.

The Dayton Daily News talks with a forked tongue. Parade magazine in the June 6 edition had an article about the dangers of texting while driving an automobile. It gave grim statistics of accident and death rates of distracted drivers. It also told of laws some states have enacted to curb the practice of using cell phones, texting, eating and using GPS devices while driving.
Now, go back to an article in the Dayton Daily News several days ago that told of the state of Ohio providing text messages to drivers about traffic accidents and stoppages ahead of them on the road. The State Patrol wants safe drivers, but still condones unsafe driving practices.

Many important laws pertaining to the operation of a motorcycle are unknown to the everyday car driver, and even to many motorcyclists themselves. That's why many motorcyclists seek the expertise of a personal injury attorney in Los Angeles to get the compensation they deserve for their pain, injuries, and property damage in the case of an accident. Cameron Yadidi Brock, Esq. and his firm's team of experienced and skilled personal injury lawyers...
