Hyderally maintains a practice in Montclair, N.J., with several attorneys and a paralegal. In 2005, the lawyer asked his cousin, Yusuf Asgerally, to create a website for his law practice. Asgerally is a California website designer, but not an attorney.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance has publicly admonished Riverside County District Attorney Paul Zellerbach for unethical conduct while serving as a Superior Court judge.
In a news release today, the commission said it took into account Zellerbach's history of discipline for improper conduct while serving as a Riverside Superior Court judge, and disclosed multiple instances of misconduct during his campaign for District Attorney in 2009.
