To keep with the ever-changing world or environment, TBA has and is developing some great tools for to use. The association now has Professional Development Advisory Services. This can be accomplished on an individual basis or by job function. TBA is also in the final stages of developing a training assessment tool that will aid management in deciding what training is needed. To help management track their training and development plans, TBA is building a tracking system or learning management system (LMS).
