WASHINGTON, May 24, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Department of Labor today announced the availability of $35 million in funds to develop, enhance and promote Self-Employment Assistance programs in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
