Great art has never been created in a vacuum -- Tyler Payne knows this. As technology aligns the farthest edges of the world like a sheet being drawn together from its corners, a wealth of great art and music is accessible in all the time it takes for a whim or wish to form, making it appear, perhaps, this work has always been out there, always been available, having come into existence just as quickly as it's consumed.

Visitors to Loma Linda City Hall regularly find a bountiful display of fine art while they seek building permits or handle other business with the city. The soaring halls are lined throughout the year with art works hung by the Loma Linda Cultural Arts Association. Usually, the art is produced by the members.
Since June 6, employees of the city, their family and friends have had the opportunity to show off some of their artistic creations. And, twice each year the association holds a Fine Arts Festival. In the spring it includes drama, music and art, poetry and photography. This year the festival, in its 31st year, ran from April 12 to May 23.
