HISTORICAL SOCIETY
The St. Albans Historical Society will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 in the society's headquarters at 404 Fourth Ave, adjacent to the train depot. Ken Hechler, former West Virginia congressman and secretary of state, will discuss his recent book titled "Super Marine," the story of Arkansas native Sgt. Orland "Buddy" Jones, who fought in numerous Pacific Theater battles during World War II. Refreshments will be served.
