LITTLE ROCK - A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee accusing the former governor of illegally using government funds to crush state computer hard drives and aid the Mexican government to locate a consulate in Arkansas' capital city. Pulaski County Circuit Judge Tim Fox dismissed Huckabee and Gov. Mike Beebe as defendants from the remainder of a lawsuit Jim Parsons of Bella Vista filed over the destruction of hard drives from Huckabee's office.
