A grant from the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services will allow the Dayton Society of Natural History to tackle a massive overhaul of computing, software and data systems.
The $150,000 grant will help the organization easily and safely share information among departments and across venues, according to president and CEO Mark Meister. Community resources that will benefit from the grant will include the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, SunWatch Indian Village/Archeological Park and Fort Ancient.

They included Alyson Shotz's exhibition at the Warehouse Gallery; Mary Giehl's one-woman show at Onondaga Community College's Gallery at the Ann Felton Multicultural Center; and Peter Michel's sculptures, seen at the Wilson Art Gallery at Le Moyne College.
