They are considering legal action to challenge a veto that handed Administration Secretary Marc Marotta the ability to "transfer moneys to any appropriation account or fund from the general fund.
There was no signed written document for the sale of the property. There were no facts to demonstrate that promissory estoppel or the doctrine of partial performance applied.
