Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson is right when he calls the most recent lawlessness engulfing his city's streets as "stupid stuff.
Earlier in the week, Anthony Waters, a 42-year-old homeless White man was beaten by a trio of thugs on East 55th Street as Water's was making his way to his mother's home in Slavic Village. He died at MetroHealth Hospital as a result of the baseless attack.
That's why it's time for the police, Sheriffs Department and the feds to round up the "bad guys." It's time for judges to get tough and hand out maximum sentences to vicious thugs and their ilk.

CLEMSON, S.C. - Clemson coach Tommy Bowden earned two big victories months before this season kicked off when defensive stars Gaines Adams and Anthony Waters picked the Tigers over the NFL.
Their choices are major reasons why the Tigers start the year at No. 18 and are a contender in the Atlantic Coast Conference instead of scrambling to plug some very large holes in their front seven and relegated to the bottom of the league.
